The Kingfisher local 4-H and FFA speech contest was held on Nov. 11.

The Kingfisher County Conservation District donated the cash awards for the contest.

“This is such a great opportunity for our youth to learn leadership skills that they will carry with them throughout their life,” said Kayla Meyer, local 4-H leader.

“Being proficient in public speaking is an amazing talent and we are so excited for these kids to have these opportunities at such a young age.”
