The Lomega Lions Club honored Students of the Semester Trevor Lentz and Monse Rivera at a meeting last week. Lomega High School Principal David Lorenz discussed each individual, their honors and their plans for the future. Also in attendance was Mike Sanders, Oklahoma Broadband Office executive director, who discussed the expansion of access to broadband internet services, especially in rural Oklahoma. He informed those in attendance how his offi ce is executing current plans and future plans. Other guests included Sharyl Pickens, Lions Second Vice District Governor, and Lauren Stroh, a candidate for county court clerk.
