Man arrested on complaints of soliciting sex with minors
A Kingfisher man is in jail and is facing a felony charge of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology.
Bryan Kent Tollison, 41, was booked Monday afternoon into the Kingfisher County Criminal Justice Center after his arrest.
Members of the Kingfisher Police Department and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant Monday at Tollison’s residence.
Officers with the OSBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit interviewed and later arrested Tollison.
KPD Sgt. Charles Trout is a member of the unit, which is comprised of OSBI agents and more than 50 members of local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Trout was listed as the arresting officer.
According to KPD Chief David Catron, Trout received an internet crimes tip regarding Tollison on June 9.
“He’s been working on it ever since,” Catron said.
According to the OSBI, Tollison “engaged in sexual conversations with multiple minors.”
“He was using cell phones to communicate with 14-yearold girls, soliciting sex and pictures,” Catron said.
Tollison’s initial appearance is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, in Kingfi sher County District Court.
