Man sleeping on bench arrested on fed warrant
U.S Marshal Service Warrant – Police responded at 2:28 p.m. Sept. 8, that a man was sleeping on a bench near CSB Bank.
An officer found a man sleeping on the ground in the 1100 block of N. Main St. He had no ID, but told the officer he was Felix Nava Ensaldo, 51, and he’d come from Oklahoma City and was headed to Enid to a shelter. OLETS showed a hit for a possible Arizona warrant through the U.S. Marshal Field Office and Federal Probation.
The officer asked the man if he was in trouble in Arizona and he said “no.” When asked if he was in Arizona, he said that was where he came into the U.S. from Mexico.
The U.S. Marshal Service confirmed a warrant for an illegal entry. Nava Ensaldo was arrested and transported to the Kingfisher County Criminal Justice Center.
California Warrant arrest – Nataley Nacole Hurst, 27, Hennessey, was arrested on a California Child Protective Services warrant at 7:36 p.m. Wed., Aug. 31, and transported the county correctional facility.
Driving under suspension – Yanhui Lian, 23, Brooklyn, N.Y, was arrested after he was stopped at 12:35 a.m. Sept. 3. The stop was for speeding in a 35 mph zone in the 700 block of S. Main St., and then he was cited for driving under suspension. The officer called for a wrecker.
There was a language barrier, the officer wrote in his report, so he used Google Translate to communicate.
The driver allegedly refused to get out of the vehicle, and tried to roll up his window but instead he locked the door.
The officer unlocked the door from the outside, and again asked the driver to step out of the vehicle.
Lian asked to call someone to come to the scene, and the officer said he couldn’t due to a safety issue.
After Lian got out of the vehicle the officer put the handcuffs on Lian’s right arm, then Lian spun around toward the officer, and grabbed his taser, according to the report.
The officer grabbed Lian’s left arm, spun him back around facing the car, and pinned his arm behind his back, and put the handcuffs on him.
After Lian’s vehicle was inventoried, Franklin Towing arrived, and the officer took Lian to the county jail where he was booked in without incident.
