The Kingfisher 4-H Club met Thursday, Oct. 20.

The guest speaker was KFOR Meteorologist Damien Lodes, who was born in Kingfisher.

He taught the club about the weather and they performed a rainbow science experiment with M&Ms.

Then, club member Annie Wehba did a presentation about ocean life.

Members also made edible rocks and played a relay game with a balloon.

The next 4-H event will be the Veterans Day program and ice cream social.

Join us at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, in the Con-NEXTion Building at the First Baptist Church as we honor veterans from our community and enjoy a tasty treat.

The Kingfisher Speech Contest is 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, in the Kingfisher Upper Elementary.
