The Lomega FFA Conduct of Chapter Meetings team made the final round of the competition at the recent National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. The team, which consists of, from left, Josey Nusz, Addie Chestnut, Brayli Walker, Lasi Grabow, Jackie Penaran, Claire Myers and Whitney Ramer placed fourth in the nation after competing on the finals stage. Team members took a test and had three rounds - the preliminiaries, semifinals and finals - that included oral questions after each meeting/round. Chestnut also earned the Outstanding Chairman Award when the team was recognized on the stage during the fifth general session at Lucas Oil Stadium. In addition to Chestnut’s role as the chairman/ president, Myers was vice president, Penaran the secretary, Walker the treasurer, Nusz the reporter, Ramer the sentinel and Grabow the advisor.
