NEW MEMBERS of the Kingfisher County Excise-Equalization Board, Michelle Miller, left, and Jim Berkenbile, right, were seated for their first meeting Wednesday morning after Associate District Judge Lance Schneiter administered the oath of office. Miller, of Cashion, succeeds her father Jim Simmons, who served as the District 1 representative for 25 years.
