The start of the Robberts Street Bridge replacement project has been delayed again. Work had been scheduled to start on May 28. However, District 1 Commissioner Jeff Moss said “environmental people” found nesting birds under the bridge and the construction has been delayed until the nesting of the barn swallows is over with.
