PROVIDING POWER – Cimarron Electric Cooperative journeyman/lineman Brandon Shirey, second from left, was the guest speaker at a Kingfisher Rotary Club meeting earlier this month. Shirey was one of 16 electric cooperative linemen who spent three weeks in August and September working to bring electricity to a small village in Guatemala for the first time.
