Recent Kingfisher Police Department reports

The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:

May 5 - Public Intoxication.

Officer Matthew Hollon responded to a report of a female walking south on South Main Street who appeared to be injured.

According to the report, Hollon, as well as EMS personnel, made contact with the 37-year-old female and it was determined she was not injured.

Hollon said in his report that the individual did appear to exhibit signs of intoxication.

The female was placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Kingfisher County Criminal Justice Center.

May 6 - Obscene/ threatening or harassing phone calls (three counts).

Officer Derek Grassman responded to a report of threatening phone calls in the 2700 block of South 13th Street.

Officer Jarred Tech and Deputy James McNew assisted.

May 6 - Unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

Officer Derek Grassman responded to a report of threats and an altercation on April 5 in the 2700 block of South 13th Street and one of the individuals involved had a firearm and indicated that he was a felon, accord- ing to the report.

Officers investigated the matter and determined the 29-year-old male had been convicted of a felony charge in Florida, the report said.

Officers Jarred Tech and Christopher McDaniel assisted with the investigation.

May 10 - Planning or threatening violent act.

Officer Justin Conner responded to a report of threats in the 100 block of North Eighth Street.

Sergeant Justin Trumbley and Officer Aaron Schlegel assisted with the investigation.

May 10 - Planning or threatening violent act.

Sergeant Justin Trumbley responded to a report of threats in the 400 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Lieutenant Dustin Brodrick assisted with the investigation.
