The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:

December 15 - Embezzlement (under $500).

Lieutenant Justin Trumbley responded to a report of theft at First Shamrock Care Center, 1415 S. Main St.

According to the report, a 47-year-old female employee received $10 from a resident for items she sold to the resident which belonged to the facility.

December 17 - Tattooing or body piercing without a license.

Officer Aubrey Massey responded to a report of alleged unauthorized tattooing involving a minor in the 1100 block of South Eighth Street.

A 21-year-old female reportedly admitted to performing tattooing services at her residence and in one instance provided a tattoo to a 17-year-old “with the express permission and in the direct presence of the minor’s parent.”

Officers determined the suspect does not possess a valid professional license for tattooing and her private residence is not registered or licensed as a commercial tattooing establishment, the report said.

The tattooing device was seized and the associated supplies and equipment were photographed.

Officer Justin Conner assisted with the investigation.

Sergeant Justin Conner responded to a report of exploitation at First Shamrock Care Center, 1415 S. Main St.
