Dover Public Schools recently announced its 2023-24 Teachers of the Year. Earning the honor for the junior high-high school was Lindsay Reese, left, while Billee Karcher, right, was the winner for the elementary. Reese teaches eighth grade English language arts (ELA) and reading. Karcher is the school district’s third grade teacher.
