June 29 – Sgt. Aaron Pitts was advised at 6:20 p.m. that a vehicle reported stolen in Enid was parked at a Hennessey residence. Pitts contacted Kingfisher County Deputy Rodney Walker for assistance.

When they arrived at the residence they were told by a man that he and his girlfriend broke up and he left that residence June 27 with the vehicle. He said it was registered in both of their names.

The girlfriend was contacted and said that her boyfriend had been listed on the vehicle, but she had him taken off the title June 28. Pitts contacted the Enid Police Department and advised of the situation, and the vehicle was towed to Kingfisher.

June 27 – At 11:56 p.m. on a routine traffic stop at the SH 51/S 81 intersection Officer David Lacy “smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.” The driver said he and his girlfriend were returning from Enid and heading home to Texas.

The officer asked if they had marijuana cards in Oklahoma, and they didn’t. When he asked how much marijuana they had with them, the driver said “about three grams.”

The officer searched the vehicle and found a bag of green leafy substance that later tested positive for marijuana, two lighters and a vape pin. The passenger, said they belonged to her, and her boyfriend said they were given to them by a friend who bought them from a marijuana shop in Enid.

The items were confiscated, the passenger was cited for possession of marijuana, and the couple were sent on their way.

June 26 – Officer Cameron T. Brown was dispatched at 5:20 p.m. to 700 S. Main about a possible wreck. He made contact with Paul Lloyd Brown of Spencer and Brandon Lawayne Bollenbach of Oklahoma City. Both were in the roadway retrieving a tire and headlight. Both parties told the officer that Bollenbach’s tire came off and rolled onto Main Street and hit Brown’s vehicle.

The officer determined there were no physical injuries, and took down insurance information from both drivers. He asked Bollenbach if he needed a tow and wanted a wrecker contacted. Bollenbach said he already had one on the way, the report shows.
