All Lacy School graduates, or those “youngsters who started at Lacy and finished at Hennessey,” are encouraged to attend this year’s Lacy Alumni & Friends Reunion.

The event is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 28, at the Lacy Community Center (former lunchroom) with cookies, visiting and picture-taking.

“It’s also for friends and families of graduates,” said Cathy Sturgeon Howard, one of the planners.

At about 3:30 p.m., the group will leave for the Hennessey Senior Citizen Center (620 E. 2nd St.) to continue visiting before a catered meal is served at 5:30 p.m.

Meal reservations are $15 per person.

RSVP by May 16 because planners need a count for the caterer.
