Although signs state the ongoing resurfacing project on the Dover-Crescent Road could be completed by spring of this year, the job is still far from done a month into spring. According to the Kingfi sher County Commissioners offi ce, the Department of Transportation reports the estimated completion time could take another three months. Rain delays and other conditions may not see its completion until July. The project stretches three miles, extending from County Road N2890 to N2920, also known as Banner Road.
