Oklahoma District 5750 Governor Deena Fisher, second from right, was the featured speaker of the Kingfi sher Rotary Club last Tuesday. She said there are 34 Rotary clubs in the district with 1,700 active Rotarians. Fisher is retired as the dean of the Woodward campus and professor of history at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She is very active in the Oklahoma Historical Society.
