Two longtime public servants will be honored Monday during their respective retirement parties.

Kingfisher Fire Chief Tony Stewart (see story above) will be feted during a come-and-go celebration at City Hall, 301 N. Main St.

It will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Also being celebrated later that day is retiring City-County Emergency Management Director Steve Loftis (see story in last Sunday’s edition).

Loftis has served in his role for 24 years.

His party will be held in the Kingfisher County Courthouse lobby, 101 S. Main St.

It will begin at 2:30 p.m.
