[Editor’s note: Adam Schilde has authorized the Times & Free Press to publish the following paid announcement of his candidacy for the Dover Board of Education, subject to the April 5 election.]

My name is Adam Schilde and I am asking for your vote for the Dover School Board Election.

I am a 1996 graduate of Dover High School and my wife Kelli also graduated from Dover in 2002.

We have 3 children Alec (17), Allie (15) and Kyler (13), who currently attend Dover. We are proud to say that they are the fourth generation of our families to attend Dover Public Schools and your vote would allow me to continue the tradition of serving as a board member like my father, grandfather and great grandfather before me.

In the years since graduation, I have worked in the trucking industry for eight years, construction for four years, pipeline for eight years and in the oil and gas industry for four years. At this current time, I own my own oil and gas company, Redline Energy.

I have lived in Dover all my life and have witnessed how important our school is to our community.

My focus will always be to provide opportunities for our children and to assist in making the best possible decisions to strengthen our school and our community.

I would appreciate your vote for Dover School Board on April 5, 2022.

Thank you.
