Garfield County OSU Cooperative Extension Family and Consumer Science Educator Joy Rhodes will be presenting a lesson in Kingfisher later this month.

The topic will be “Taking Time for You.”

The lesson is 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, at the Kingfisher County Extension Office.

It is free and open to the public.

Handouts on the topic will be provided to those who attend.

“Life can get busy and often times we may neglect the most important person - yourself,” Rhodes said, who added that tips will be given on self-care, organization and ways to better care for one self.
