Carli Seabolt of Alva was named Miss Northwestern Oklahoma State University 2022 during the annual Miss Northwestern competition on Sunday, Oct. 31.

Kingfisher’s Cora Beth Taylor was among the contestants and was named Miss Northwestern People’s Choice winner.

Taylor is a freshman biology major at NWOSU and is the daughter of Kevin and Elizabeth Taylor.

Her brothers, Will and Tate Taylor, are also freshmen at NWOSU. She is a 2021 Kingfisher High School graduate and was the 2021 Kingfisher County Distinguished Young Woman program winner, which was held in November 2020.

Also at KHS, Taylor was part of an FFA ag issues forum national championship team and conduct of chapter meetings state championship team, among several other honors.
