The Kingfisher Police Department is investigating an alleged incident of grand larceny from a vehicle.

On Aug. 11, Officer Justin Trumbley took a report of theft from a vehicle at the Kingfisher garbage collection site.

Bryan King reportedly stated his company truck was parked at the collection site and he noticed a Falcon F2 locate system and Craftsman tool box were missing from the vehicle.

The reported value of the Falcon F2 locate system was $20,000 and $100 for the toolbox.

Trumbley said in his report that he is checking to determine if any surveillance video may have captured footage of the incident.
