Now the tournament will begin Saturday with quarterfinal games.
The second round of games will be held on Monday and then the final day of games on Wednesday.
The Wheat Capital Tournament in Chisholm - which includes Kingfi sher - also had multiple changes.
Some quarterfinal games were played on Thursday, butsomeschools alerted tournament officials they wouldn’t be able to make the trip later in the day.
That included Cushing, which is the first-round foe for both the KHS girls and boys.
Originally, Cushing was going to forfeit the games, automatically putting KHS into the semifinals. However, additional teams later made the decision they couldn’t play on Thursday, prompting more changes.
Those changes included completing the quarterfi nal games on Friday (meaning no forfeit wins for KHS).
The second day of games will be on Saturday and then teams return for the final day on Monday.
Updated brackets for those tournaments can be found on the KT&FP Facebook page.
