Kingfisher High School seniors Peyton Townsend and Brenden Hill were recently announced as the March 2022 Junior Lions by members of the Kingfisher Lions Club.

Townsend is the daughter of Ron and Julie Townsend.

She’s a member of the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society.

She has earned the AP Biology Award as well as the National Honor Society Award.

Townsend is a member of Student Council.

She plans to attend the University of Oklahoma and major in pre-dentistry.

Hill is the son of Karen Hottel and Cary Hill.

He is a member of the National Honor Society and has earned the Outstanding Achievement Award in biology, Spanish I, English I and world history.

Hill is also active in band, drama, soccer, academic bowl and Chess Club.

He also plans to attend OU and will work toward a degree in biochemistry.
