Traffic accidents
The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department: April 26, 7:10 a.m. - At East Robberts Avenue and North Fourth Street.
Jeffrey Walker, 36, Enid, driving a 2018 Western Star truck, was parked facing west on the north side of East Robberts Avenue near the Fourth Street intersec-tion.
Samuel McPherson, 57, Kingfisher, driving a 2017 Bluebird school bus, was westbound on East Robberts Avenue.
According to the report, McPherson attempted to turn right onto North Fourth Street and struck the front bumper of the Walker vehicle.
Functional damage was reported to both vehicles.
No injuries were reported.
Captain Travis Gray investigated the accident.
May 5, 11:30 a.m. - At 2404 S. 14th St.
Alexis Gore, 27, Kingfisher, driving a 2011 Ford, was parked in the driveway of a residence.
Brock Pappe, Kingfisher, driving a 2012 Dodge van, was parked on the east side of South 14th Street, near 2404 S. 14th St.
According to the report, the Gore vehicle attempted to back out of the driveway and struck the Pappe vehicle.
Minor damage was reported to both vehicles.
No injuries were reported.

May 9, 8 a.m. - At East Bowman and South Third Street.
Camarena Jordan, 18, Kingfisher, driving a 2004 Cadillac, was northbound on South Third Street.
A 17-year-old female, Kingfisher, driving a 2014 Chrysler, was westbound on East Bowman Avenue.
According to the report, the Jordan vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto East Bowman Avenue and failed to yield to the 17-year-old’s vehicle.
The 17-year-old’s vehicle attempted to swerve to the right, but swerved back left to avoid striking a fire hydrant and then struck the Jordan vehicle in the passenger front door, the report said.
Minor damage was reported to the 17-year-old’s vehicle and functional damage to the Jordan vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
