Tiana (nee Ballinger) and Andrew Spurrier of Oklahoma City announce the birth of their daughter, Tulsi Brielle.

Tulsi was born at 6:55 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2021, at Integris Health Edmond.

She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 19 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Debbie and Terry Parks of Kingfisher and Mark Naberhaus of Okarche.

Paternal grandparents are Emilie Spurrier of Hennessey and Terry Spurrier of Perkins.

Maternal great-grandparents are Paul and Darlene Caffey of Hennessey; Margene Naberhaus of Okarche; and Walt and Sue Parks of Kingfisher.
