The University of Central Oklahoma announced the 409 students from throughout Oklahoma, the U.S. and the world who completed their college degrees during the summer 2021 semester.

Of that number, UCO received applications for graduation from 341 undergraduate students and 68 graduate students.

Since Central does not hold a summer commencement ceremony, many of these students participated in the spring 2021 ceremony.

Students from local high schools earning degrees were:

Crescent - Roy Blevins, bachelor’s in kinesiology – exercise/fitness management and bachelor’s in kinesiology – outdoor and community recreation; Mattie Brooks, bachelor’s in marketing

Hennessey - Benjamin Moreno, bachelor’s in fashion marketing

Kingfisher - Kylee Smith, bachelor’s in human communication –interpersonal communication
