MORE POP – Jesse Williams, far left, and John Griffin, far right, of Precision Fireworks were in Kingfisher recently to look over the downtown area to plan for setting up the annual Kingfisher Christmas parade fireworks display. This year’s event is Dec. 6. They are pictured with Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Shauna Rupp, second from left, and chamber board President Ellen Wilfong, who took them on the tour of downtown. Instead of a laser and light show, Rupp said the chamber was returning to a “real” fireworks and pyrotechnics show this year “with a surprise feature added to it.” Based out of Era, Texas, Williams said his company has customers throughout Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
