WHAT’S GOING IN THERE?

WHAT’S GOING IN THERE?

MAKING THE BIG MOVE - The Quilt Lady owners Bill and Dawn Reitz, standing third and fourth from left, had lots of help transferring inventory from their quilt shop on Main Street to their newly-renovated building on 223 N. Sixth St. Formerly Long-Bell Lumber, followed by other businesses, the building has been vacant for many years and will now serve the multitude of customers who shop at the rapidly-expanding quilt shop. Recently named the state winner of the ByAnnie Local Quilt Shop Contest, the business serves customers both in-store and online and has over 5,000 bolts of fabric and a large variety of sewing supplies. With the increased space, Dawn Reitz said they are excited to be able to offer more classes as well as provide additional products at their new location. Their grand opening will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 5 and 6.
