The Willms family reunion was held July 10 at the Kingfisher InterBank Community Room.

Present from the Gerd Willms family were Dennis and Niki Smith, Steve Smith, Shawn Smith and Larry Smith, all of Kingfisher.

From the Joseph Willms family were Marlene Hilderbrand of Choctaw, Ruth Belcher of Tennessee and Colleen Willms of King fisher.

From the Meta Willms Themer family were Don and Vivian Themer of Texas, Arthur and Sharlene Themer, Stacy Themer Ruhl and her daughters Serenity Starr and Liberty Starr, all of Kingfisher.

From the W.A. Willms were Robert Wolf; Amy Corkery; Sara Corkery; Mrs. Ervin Willms; Donald Willms; Kevin and Anita Moll; Jaryn, Joe, Sophia, Isabella and Morrigan Bliss; David LaRue and Abby Wallace, all of Kingfisher.

Also, Keith and Shelly Head of Weatherford, Jace Head of Texas, Daniel and Kendra, Asher and Jaxton Adams of Weatherford, Caryl Simpson of Texas, and J.C. and Velda Pralle of Fairmount.

The afternoon was spent visiting, taking pictures, playing Bingo in memory of Aug Willms and reminiscing.

Catering from Iron Wheel BBQ was served.

This reunion of family started back in 1971.

The oldest person attending was Arthur Themer. The youngest was Morrigan Bliss and the family member that traveled the farthest was Ruth Belcher.

Hosting the 2021 reunion was Cheryl Scott, Caryl Simpson and Shelly Head.
