Richardson’s big night lifts Eagles past OBA
Oklahoma Bible Academy had no answer for Camdyn Richardson.
The Hennessey senior scored 33 points Friday in the Eagles’ 88-59 home win over the Trojans.
Richardson torched the nets for 29 first-half points as Hennessey staked a 5926 lead.
He made three of Hennessey’s nine 3-pointers in the game as the Eagles scored a season-high.
Hagen Copeland added 19 points, Beau Vinson 16 and Gunner Holder 12 as Hennessey moved to 6-6 on the season.
The OBA girls stayed unbeaten with their 55-29 win over the Lady Eagles.
Emma Copeland led Hennessey with her seven points. The Lady Eagles are also 6-6.
OBA is ranked sixth in Class 2A and improved to 15-0.
Conley Cayot led her team with 19 points.
