A state jail inspector’s report shows more changes have to be made to the Hennessey Police Department’s jail. That’s what Police Chief Hank Weber told town board members in a special meeting Wednesday morning before they approved spending $15,000 for improvements.

Omega Home and Community Education group will meet for March at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Chisholm Trail Career Tech. The lesson, entitled “What Shoe Are You?”, will help members discover their strengths. Members also are encouraged to bring guests.
