Cashion is two steps away from the state tournament after thumping Christian Heritage Academy on Thursday.

The Lady Wildcats’ 60-36 win in the 2A area consolation quarterfinal at Bridge Creek advanced them to play Watonga in Friday’s semifinal (after press time).

Cashion beat Watonga 47-43 in a home district game to start the playoffs and the Lady Eagles have since won four straight elimination games.
