Rep. Mike Dobrinski, R-Okeene, last Monday recognized members and coaches of the Dover Longhorns boys basketball team in the Oklahoma House of Representatives.The team won the 2026 Class B-II state championship, the first boys basketball title in school history.“The Longhorns achieved a historic milestone by capturing this championship,” Dobrinski said.
