Age 16 — Got my driver license, and could drive without Mother in the front seat. We only had one car. Both Momma and Daddy worked which meant I never got to drive. Momma didn’t trust me because when I had my beginner license I saw a friend when I was driving. So I honked the horn with one hand and waved with the other so the friend could see me driving.
