Okarche lists award winners

Okarche High School announced the October and November 2021 Students of the Month. These students are selected by the faculty based on a number of factors, including character demonstrated through compassion, honesty, trustworthiness, optimism and responsibility. The October Students of the Month were (top left) Sara Jacobs and Zoe Palmer. The November Students of the Month were (top right) Madison Schaefer and Jett Mueggenborg. Also announced were the October and November Lion and Lioness. Students selected as the Lion and Lioness must be a junior or a senior and demonstrate qualities such as behavior and self-control, attitude toward others and learning, good citizenship, leadership and integrity and responsibility. Felony charges filed after high-speed pursuit
