TEN MEMBERS of the Lomega Student Council delivered the pop tabs that were collected during the schoolwide challenge to the Ronald Mc-Donald house in Oklahoma City last month. While there, students were given a tour of the facility and learned about the services that are provided to families. Four local youth emerged winners last month at the local level of the Knights of Columbus free throw contest. The Tax Foundation recently released its 2023 State Business Tax Climate Index, a popular diagnostic tool which “enables business leaders, government policymakers, and taxpayers to gauge how their states’ tax systems compare.” (OCPA research fellows Scott Moody and Wendy Warcholik, formerly of the Tax Foundation, were the co-creators of this popular index.)
