Keltner told police he didn’t know if the man ran because he’d surprised him, or it was due to his 90-pound bit bull inside. Keltner also told police he chased the man on foot eastbound from the trailer, but lost him. He described the intruder as about 5 feet, 11 inches, 150-160 pounds and in about his 30s. The intruder reportedly wore a black hoodie. Keltner went through the house and told police he didn’t see anything missing, but he would check with his wife when she got home, and notify the police. The officer searched the area on foot and later in the police cruiser. When another offi cer came on duty, he said he’d had a call a few nights earlier about a “peeping tom” in that same area. Police told Keltner they will continue extra surveillance in that area.
