GRAND SHOWINGS

Before they compete later this week in the Northwest District Junior Livestock Show in Enid and then next month in the Oklahoma Youth Expo, exhibitors from the six county schools took part last week in the Kingfi sher County Junior Livestock Show. Pictured top left is the grand champion heifer from the show, an Angus exhibited by Matthew Hamil of Cashion. Below that is the grand steer, a cross shown by Chloe Golbek of Lomega. The top middle photo is Rylan Burns of Kingfi sher and his grand doe goat. Below that is Savannah Hardison of Kingfi sher with her grand wether goat. Skylar Dooley of Lomega had both the grand ewe (top right) and wether (middle right) lambs. Both were crosses. Cashion swept the swine honors. MaKenna Chickering showed the grand barrow (bottom left), a cross. The grand gilt was also a cross and was exhibited by Bella Ball. [Photos provided]
