A Taste of Fall?

The county may be awash in pumpkin spice and colorful mums with the official calendar start of autumn on Tuesday, but Wednesday may offer the only day of fall-like temperatures for at least another week, with a high of 75 and low of 56. Summer will come blasting back Thursday, with a high of 85, and continue into the high 80s through next Tuesday. But starting Sept. 30 and through the first weekend in October, some beautiful fall days in the low to mid 70s with crisp nights in the 50s are promised. In the meantime, you can lift your fall spirits by ordering your favorite pumpkin-spice-apple-cinnamon-flavored drink concoction to go and taking a driving tour of the beautiful fall decorations in local residential neighborhoods, like Cody and Tabitha Murray’s front porch in Kingfisher.
