Kingfisher County Extension has a leader lesson planned this week on “The Benefits of Laughter.”

The lesson will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, at the Extension office.

“Participants will learn about why we laugh and the health benefits of laughing more often,” said Lindy Hoel, Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator, who will present the program.

The lesson will include:

• The science behind laughter;

• Why we like people who make us laugh;

• How to incorporate laughter more often.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
