Adam and Kenzie Arms of Piedmont announce the birth of their daughter, Avery Ruth Arms.

She was born at 10:21 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon.

She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Avery was named after her great-grandma, Patsy Ruth Smith and her aunt, Jami Ruth Lamontagne.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Sherri Arms of Kingfisher. Paternal great-grandparents are Charles David Smith of Kingfisher and the late Patsy Ruth Smith and the late Buford and Mary Kathern Arms, formerly of Okarche.

Maternal grandpar-ents are Priscilla and Rick Whitewater of Sand Springs and Craig and Angela Henderson of Sapulpa. Maternal great-grandparents are Bob and Priscilla Vesel of McKinney, Texas, Susie Henderson of Sapulpa and the late Lester Henderson, Richard and Wanda Whitewater of Claremore, and Phil Doran of Wichita, Kan., and the late Barbara Doran.
