Roy Fisher of Loyal completed donating his 18 ^th gallon of blood platelets to the Oklahoma Blood Institute Donor Center in Enid earlier this month. He received a pin from OBI commemorating the achievement but the more meaningful honor for Fisher is the knowledge that each pint he’s donated has saved five to seven lives.
