4 KHS seniors are Rotary Club guests
Kingfisher Rotary Club hosted four Kingfisher High School seniors at a recent meeting.
Joining the civic group were Wendy Orozco Vega, Anna Gallupe, Karissa Stitt and Emma Waltman.
Vega is the daughter of Gerardo Orozco and Manuela Vega.
She is active in student council, the Spanish Club and the Center of Family Love Teen Board.
Vega has been inducted into the National Technical Honor Society and plans to attend the University of Central Oklahoma and major in graphic design.
Gallupe is the daughter of Grant and Connie Gallupe.
She is active in student council, Business Professionals of America, Drama Club, Digital Technology Institute and was a football manager.
Gallupe was the DTI Outstanding First-Year Student, a KHS Student of the Month and was the 2019 football homecoming queen.
She plans to attend UCO and major in graphic design. Waltman is the daughter of Darren and Melanie Waltman.
She’s active in photography, Drama Club, soccer and was a football manager.
She’s a member of the National Honor Society, Oklahoma Honor Society and was named a Junior Lion.
Waltman plans to attend Brigham Young University and pursue a career as a photographer.
Stitt is the daughter of Laura and Kerry Stitt.
She’s active in yearbook and is a member of the National Honor Society.
She plans to attend UCO and major in psychology.
