Forty-five members of the Pool-Zachgo families gathered Sunday, Oct. 12, at the Crescent Community Center for their 43rd annual reunion.

Traveling the longest distance were members of the Bay family who traveled from Colorado and Ohio and were guests of Jeremiah and Breanna Hill.

The youngest members attending were Elyona Kaylin Hill (just under 1 month old), the daughter of Jeremiah and Breanna Hill, and Zipporia Wingo (3 months old), daughter of Xena Brock and Justin Wingo of Crescent.

The invocation was given by Mekayla Brock and followed by a covered dish luncheon.

The afternoon was spent visiting and taking pictures to add to the reunion album.

The first Pool-Zachgo reunion was held in 1983 with 81 members attending.

Those attending this year’s reunion were: Alfred and Nancy Teders, Linda Hill, Jason and Melissa Hill, Jeremiah, Breanna, Joziah and Elyona Hill, Lillie Hill, Gabe Rodriguez, Kristen Brock and Christi Lewis, all of Kingfisher; Richard Brock, Leland Brock, Eddie Brock, Xena Brock, Ezekiel and Isaiah Lynch, Simon and Zipporia Wingo, Mekayla Brock, Laylonie and Liam Barnett, Bruce and Meka Dunsmore, all of Crescent.

Also attending were Lindsay Brock, Victoria Brock, Michael Gutfleish, Shad, Sheri, Melody and Aubry Hartley and Steven Kordelewski, all of Oklahoma City; Leroy and Jacque Zachgo and Coty Brock of Guthrie; Paul and Konnie Griffin of Purcell; Ron Pool of Tulsa; Gary Zachgo of Dallas, Texas; Alyssa Bay of Ohio; Joshua Bay, Vernon Bay and Gianni Mayden, all of Colorado.

The next Pool-Zachgo reunion will be held Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026.
