The 62nd Jech, Yech, Yeck family reunion was held July 20 at the Kingfisher Elks Lodge.

The reunion was hosted by the families of Mary Jindra, Wesley Jech and Annie Jindra.

The room was decorated with white table covers; red, white and blue center pieces; Czechoslovakian flags, and red, white and blue balloons.

There were a few Czech words floating around the room.

A covered dish meal was served at 12:30 p.m. followed by family pictures and fellowship.

Those attending from Kingfisher were Bill Jindra, Virginia Jindra, Mistie Browning, Gant Browning, Cale Browning, Linda Johnson, Anna May Masters, Debbie Daugherty, Darrell Daugherty, Doug Jech, Alfred J. Jech, Leroy Jech, Topper Trindle and Renee Trindle.

Those from Edmond were Ernestine Payne, Allison Jech, Aaron Jech, Fawn Jech, Andrew Jech, Joseph Jech, Julia Jech and Steven Jech.

Also attending were Jim Bob Dunn of Crescent; Betty Beardmore of Shawnee; Alan Jech, Diane Jech, Caleb Jech and Connar Jech of Duncan; Megan Mitchell, Matt Mitchell and Erica Mitchell of Oklahoma City; Evelyn Skarky of Yukon; Arlene Duffy of Stillwater; Roy Yeck and Clara Yeck of Georgetown, Texas.

Others in attendance included Chad Linville, Mallory Jech, Taylor Jech and Jose Torres.

The 2020 reunion will be hosted by the Jerry Jech family.
