The Randall Townsend reunion started when Carrie Randall had her 12 children get together and has been held annually for the last 64 years.

The gathering has usually been held in Kingfisher, first at Kingfisher Park and lately at the Elks Lodge.

Olive Randall Spurlin is the only surviving child of Carrie and she was in attendance at this year’s reunion, held July 14.

Approximately 82 members attended the reunion this year.

The reunion was hosted by Jacque and Jeff Moss and Dalea Robison.

Those attending from Kingfisher included: Jacque and Jeff Moss; Ron, Julie, Sierra, Peyton, Jacob, Bailey, Shelby, Easton and Naomi Townsend; Jeff, Lael, Dynton and Dex-ton Townsend; Stephanie Kale; Kenneth Townsend; Charlie and Aileen Boyd; Mary Lou Gaither; Mark Gholson; Carrie Boyd; Nikki Townsend; Perry, Lisa, Evan and Zane Peterman; Zach Boyd and John Petri.

Attending from Reydon were: Adeline Amelia Robison; Harley Piercy; Piper Robison; Dalea Robison; Walter and Olive Spurlin; and Larry Spurlin.

From Oklahoma City were: Ronnie Schweitzer; Dennis Schweitzer; Donnie, Rhylee, Mattie Sue and Maximas McIntyre.

Attending from Crescent were Ellen Pool; Larry and Delores Horn; Jay and LeAnn Long.
