The funeral for Viola Olive Peach, 91, Hennessey, was Tuesday May 14, at First Christian Church of Hennessey officiated by Rev. Drew Kirtley.

Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Viola was born on the family farm at Marshall on May 2, 1928, to Anton and Marie Bradza Kusik and died Friday, May 10, 2019, at the Commons in Enid.

She married Henry L. Peach at Marshall on April 2, 1947. Viola attended the First Christian Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Gloria Metcalf and husband Verne of Alva and Peggy Dailey of Tulsa; one son, John Peach and wife Carol of Hennessey; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Viola was preceded in death by her husband, six brothers and one sister.
