PHILLIPS BRIDGE over Kingfisher Creek on E 760 Road at Lemon Road is one of eight Kingfisher County repairs listed by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to be financed through the 2021-22 County Improvements to Roads and Bridges Fund. “This is an important program for every county and Kingfisher County has and will continue to benefit from it,” Heath Dobrovolny, District 3 county commissioner, said.
