An organizer of the foster teen Christmas party in Kingfisher Dec. 8 offered some clarification to an article that appeared in last Wednesday’s newspaper.

Debbie Osborn, Kingfisher County Department of Human Services child welfare worker, said the party at the Stack Grill in Kingfisher hosted teens in foster care from across the state, not just Kingfi sher County.
