December 9, 2019 Minutes of the regular meeting of Kingfisher County Board of County Commissioners was held on December 9, 2019. Advanced notice of the meeting was posted on bulletin board next to the Commissioner’s office, North entrance on December 6, 2019 at 9:00 am Chairman Jeff Moss called the meeting to order at 9:00 am with Commissioner Ray Shimanek leading the flag salute. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Dobrovolny and seconded by Shimanek to approve the reimbursement for Election Board and District Attorney for the month of November, 2019. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Dobrovolny and seconded by Shimanek to approve Resolution #16 allowing a special election for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors of said Kingfisher County, the question whether the sale of alcoholic beverages by the individual drink for on premises consumption be permitted on Sunday, the first day of the week and on all holidays except Christmas will be authorized within Kingfisher County. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Shimanek and seconded by Dobrovolny to approve Resolution #17 allowing a special county election for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors of said Kingfisher County, the question whether the sale of alcoholic beverages by retail spirits licensees be permitted on Sunday, the first day of the week will be authorized within Kingfisher County. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Shimanek and seconded by Dobrovolny to approve the Agreement between Chisholm Trail Museum and Mass Architects, Inc. for remodeling of the Museum. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Dobrovolny and seconded by Shimanek to approve the change order for 2019 Bridge 126 with The Railroad Yard. The change will be to add the drilling of piling pilot holes.
