December 9, 2019 Minutes of the regular meeting of Kingfisher County Board of County Commissioners was held on December 9, 2019. Advanced notice of the meeting was posted on bulletin board next to the Commissioner’s office, North entrance on December 6, 2019 at 9:00 am Chairman Jeff Moss called the meeting to order at 9:00 am with Commissioner Ray Shimanek leading the flag salute. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Dobrovolny and seconded by Shimanek to approve the reimbursement for Election Board and District Attorney for the month of November, 2019. Motion approved with the following votes cast.: Moss – yes; Shimanek – yes; Dobrovolny – yes A motion was made by Shimanek and seconded by Dobrovolny to approve the Agreement between Chisholm Trail Museum and Mass Architects, Inc. for remodeling of the Museum. The change will be to add the drilling of piling pilot holes.
